Author Guidelines
Manuscripts sent to the Editor for review are accepted on a voluntary basis from authors. Before submitting an article, please review the following suggestions. Manuscripts received in correct form serve to expedite the processing and prompt reviewing for early publication.
Spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and the mechanical elements of arrangements, spacing, length, and consistency of usage in form and descriptions should be studied before submission. Due to the academic focus of eJETA.org publications, the use of personal pronoun (I, we, etc.) and present tense is strongly discouraged.
No manuscript will be considered which has already been published or is being considered by another journal. Authors should include a statement with their letter that the manuscript has not been published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
This journal is copyrighted by eJETA.org (the electronic journal on emerging tools & applications). Material published and so copyrighted may not be published elsewhere without the written permission of the eJETA.org board of directors.
Financial support for work reported or a grant under which a study was made should be noted just prior to the Acknowledgments. Acknowledgments or appreciation to individuals for assistance with the manuscript or with the material reported should be included as a note to appear at the end of the article prior to the References.
All manuscripts are acknowledged upon receipt. Review is carried out as promptly as possible. When a decision for publication or rejection is made, the senior author is notified. At the time of notification, the author may be asked to make certain revisions in the manuscript, or the Editor may submit suggested revisions to the author for approval.
Accepted Submission File Formats - All submissions must be sent in electronic form using the Paper Submission Form. No hard copy submission papers will be accepted. Do NOT submit compressed files. Do not use any word processing options/tools, such as strike through, hidden text, comments, merges, and so forth.
Submit your manuscript in the following format: PDF-Portable Document Format (ASCII, not binary)
A font size of 12 is preferred. All graphics should be embedded in the file in the correct location of the paper. Do not send separate graphic files or compressed files.
Length:
double-spaced:not to exceed 20 pages
single-spaced:not to exceed 12 pages
File size: not to exceed 4 MB
Abstract: An informative, comprehensive abstract of 75 to 200 words must accompany the manuscript. This abstract should succinctly summarize the major points of the paper, and the author's summary and/or conclusions.
Examples of references cited within the texts of articles are as follows: [Williams Jones, Helen Adams, & Michael Wilson, 1978] or [Moore, 1990; Smith, 1991] or [Terrell 1997]. In citations, et al. can only be used after all authors have been cited or referenced. All citations must match the reference list and vice versa. Overuse of references is discouraged.
Quoted material of more than two lines should be set in a narrower width than the remainder of the text but continue to double space. At the close of the quotation, give the complete source including page numbers. Copy all quoted material exactly as it appears in the original, indicating any omissions by three spaced periods.
A block quote must be a minimum of 40 words or four lines, single spaced (not 20 and double spaced as is presently noted).
All tables and figure graphics must be embedded within the file and of such quality that when printed be in camera-ready form (publication quality).
Define or explain new or highly technical terminology. Write out the first use of a term that you expect to use subsequently in abbreviated form. Abbreviations (i.e., e.g., etc.) are only acceptable in parenthesis, otherwise they must be spelled out, that is, for example, and so forth, respectively. Please avoid other foreign phrases and words such as via.
A maximum of 40 references is recommended. All references should be in alphabetical order by author (unnumbered), as shown below. In the references there are no spaces between the author's initials.
